The Rules…

T20 Blast 2023 - Sweepstake Rules

Pluckys 2023 T20 Blast sweepstake will be an 18 team ‘winner takes all’ or 1st, 2nd and 3rd place sweepstake where 3rd is split between the two losing semi-finalists on Final’s Day.

  1. There are 18 tickets, each containing the name on one of the 18 participating teams.

  2. Each ticket will be either scratched off at random by the customer when the ‘draw’ is open or will be allocated at random by Plucky where the customer is unable to participate in the ‘draw’ itself.

  3. The winners will be the tickets that contain the participants on Final’s Day.

  4. In the case of private individual sweepstakes -

    1. 1st Place Only Sweepstake - Winner takes all less plucky fees (100% - 9.75% = 90.25%)

    2. 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Sweepstake - 1st shall receive 55% of the ‘net’ pot (full pot less Pluckys 9.75% fees), 2nd 30% and joint 3rd 7.5%.

  5. In the case of sweepstakes being held in aid of charities or clubs - 

    1. 1st Place Only Sweepstake - Winner receives 50% of gross pot. Plucky takes 9.5%, HMRC takes 7.5% in Pool Betting Duty (6.04% paid by Club and 1.47% paid by Plucky) and the Club takes 34.21%.

    2. 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Sweepstake - the winners shall receive 50% of the ‘gross’ pot broken down as 27.5%, 15% and 3.75% respectively. 

  6. In the case that one or more teams do not start the competition or are disqualified or withdrawn during the tournament, then that customer will forfeit their stake in its entirety.

  7. The sweepstake result is based on the result declared immediately following the final game.

  8. Winner’s funds will be credited to customer’s accounts within 24 hours of the result being declared.

  9. In the unlikely event of some force majeure preventing the T20 Blast 2023 from taking place, all funds will be credited back to customers’ accounts, less a small deduction to cover Pluckys transaction costs. This will be a maximum of 5%.

  10. All start and end times for the entire duration of the T20 Blast are approximate and based on what the official ECB website states.

  11. These rules should be read in conjunction with Pluckys general sweepstake Rules of the Game and Terms and Conditions.

For single player sweepstakes; £5, £10, £20, £50 or £100 per ticket

Draw Starts - Sat, May 20, 2023 1pm

Draw Ends - Sat, May 20, 2023 2pm

Event Starts - Sat, May 20, 2023 2.30pm 

Event Ends - Sat, Jul 16, 2023 10pm approx.

Results Available - Mon, Jul 18, 2023 10am approx.

18 tickets - 1st only 

18 tickets - 1st, 2nd & 3rd.
