Why is my account suspended?

There are a number of reasons for which we suspend accounts:

  • You have added a debit card to your account that is not registered in your own name

  • Your personal details already exist on another account

  • Information provided by you leads us to believe you are under the age of 18

  • We have so far been unable to properly verify your identity

  • You have tried to access our site from a country where gambling is prohibited

How can I get back into my account?

For most of the scenarios listed in the 'Why is my account suspended' section, you will need to get in touch with us to resolve your suspension. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule. Firstly, be sure to check all your active email addresses, as we may have sent you an email explaining why your account is suspended and any additional information we may require, as well as where to send it.

If you're over 18 years of age and we have not been able to verify your account, you'll need to provide us with proof of age. Please email kyc@plucky.com

How should I protect my personal information?

At Plucky.com, we recognize the value of your personal information and the potential risk of it falling into the hands of fraudsters. That's why we have implemented secure procedures to further minimize this risk.

One example of our security measures is that Plucky.com staff will never contact you and request your password, personal payment details or financial information. If you receive any emails or phone calls that ask for this type of information, they are fraudulent and should not be trusted.

If you suspect someone is falsely posing as a Plucky.com employee on the phone, ask for details of the issue and then hang up and contact Plucky.com immediately. If the request came via email, do not respond to the sender. Instead, get in touch with Plucky.com and we will provide guidance on the best course of action.
