The Rules…

IPL 2023 - Sweepstake Rules

  1. Plucky’s 2023 IPL sweepstake will be a straight 10 team ‘winner takes all’ sweepstake.

  2. There are 10 tickets, each containing the name on one of the 10 participating teams.

  3. Each ticket will be either scratched off at random by the customer when the ‘draw’ is open,or will be allocated at random by Plucky where the customer is unable to participate in the ‘draw’ itself.

  4. The winner will be the ticket that contains the winner of the IPL 2023. This will be following the league and knockout stages.

  5. In the case of private individual sweepstakes, 1st shall receive 100% of the ‘net’ pot or 90.25% with Plucky’s taking 9.75% fees.

  6. In the case of sweepstakes being held in aid of charities or clubs, the latter shall receive 30.25% of the ‘gross’ pot and 1st 60%.

  7. In the case that one or more teams do not start the competition or are disqualified or withdrawn during the tournament, then that customer will forfeit their stake in its entirety.

  8. The sweepstake result is based on the result declared immediately following the knock-out Final.

  9. Winner’s funds will be credited to customer’s accounts within 24 hours of the result being declared.

  10. In the unlikely event of some force majeure preventing the IPL 2023 from taking place, all funds will be credited back to customers’ accounts, less a small deduction to cover Plucky’s transaction costs. This will be a maximum of 5%.

  11. All start and end times for the entire duration of the IPL are approximate and based on what the official IPL 2023 website states.

  12. These rules should be read in conjunction with Plucky’s general sweepstake rules and terms and conditions.

For single player sweepstakes; £5, £10, £20, £50 or £100 per ticket

Draw Starts - Thurs, Mar 30, 2023 9am

Draw Ends - Thurs, Mar 30, 2023 9pm

Event Starts - Fri, Mar 31, 2023 8am approx.

Event Ends - Sun, May 28 2023 1.30pm 

Results Available - Mon, May 29, 2023 10am approx.
