Eurovision 2023 - Multiple Country Per Ticket Sweepstake Rules

Plucky’s 2023 Multiple Country per Ticket Eurovision Sweepstakes will offer users a variety of sweepstakes to participate in depending on how many people wish to play.

The sweepstakes are all based on the Grand Final on May 13th 2023.
The countries contained on each ticket will be chosen at random by Plucky and will be available prior to the draw, here.
The randomised process by which we allocate countries to tickets is described in our general Rules of the Game and is recorded for regulatory and/or compliance purposes.
There will be 26 countries participating in the Grand Final.
Plucky will offer multiple country per ticket sweepstakes as follows:

3 tickets with 8 countries

4 tickets with 6 countries

5 tickets with 5 countries

6 tickets with 4 countries

In order to arrive at a divisible number of countries, Plucky has at its discretion, removed one of the countries that are currently rank outsiders in the betting for the 5 ticket sweepstakes and 2 countries for the remaining 3 sweepstakes. Albania will not take part in any of the 4 sweepstakes, and neither Portugal nor Albania will take part in the 3,4 & 6 ticket sweepstakes.
Should Portugal or Albania win the Eurovision, the winner of the Plucky sweepstakes will be the ticket with the next highest place in the competition.
These sweepstakes will only have a 1st prize.
In all cases, each ticket will be either scratched off at random by the customer or will be allocated at random by Plucky where the customer is unable to participate in the ‘draw’ itself.
The winners will be based on the country that wins Eurovision 2023.
In the case of private individual sweepstakes, 1st 100% of the ‘net pot’ or 90.25%, with 9.75% going to Plucky.
In the case of sweepstakes being held in aid of charities or clubs, the latter shall receive 30.25% of the ‘gross’ pot and 1st 60%.
Should there be a ‘dead heat’ for 1st prize, the pot will be divided in two and shared between the two relevant ticket holders.
In the case that one or more countries do not start the competition or are disqualified or withdrawn during the competition, the user will only lose the possibility of winning with that country on their multi-country ticket.
The sweepstake result is based on the result declared immediately following the end of the voting in the competition. Any subsequent change in the placings (eg. disqualification) will not affect the sweepstake result.
Winner’s funds will be credited to customer’s accounts within 24 hours of the result being declared.
In the unlikely event of some force majeure preventing the Eurovision 2023 from taking place, all funds will be credited back to customers’ accounts, less a small deduction to cover Plucky’s transaction costs. This will be a maximum of 5%.
All start and end times for the entire duration of the Eurovision 2023 are approximate and based on what the official Eurovision 2023 website states.
